David Frank
Attorney and Managing Member
David is the founder and managing member of The David Frank Law Group. With more than 20 years experience, David earned his bachelor degree from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and his Juris Doctor degree from University of Illinois School of Law. Since passing the Illinois Bar in November 1998, David has been running his own legal practice for over 20 years focused exclusively on estate planning and residential and commercial real estate.
David has been married to his wife, Stacey, for over 20 years. Together they have 3 daughters, Taylor, Logan and Charlie. They live in Northbrook, Illinois.When he is not focused on his law firm, David enjoys spending time with family, golfing, tennis and following his favorite sports teams (Bears, Bulls, Cubs and the Fighting Illini).

Attorney
Eliot is a real estate and estate planning attorney representing clients throughout the Chicagoland area. He received his JD from University of Illinois School of Law (formerly The John Marshall Law School) and an LLM in Tax Law from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Eliot is a Northshore native living in Wilmette with my wife and two teenage children and is a recreational runner and triathlete.

Janet Mason
Attorney
Born and raised in Illinois, Janet has been a practicing real estate attorney for the past 22 years. After graduating from University of Illinois – Champaign, she became the youngest graduate in her class at Valparaiso Law School. Having been a soccer player or coach most of her life, Janet prides herself on making sure that your closing day is as successful as game day. She is an athlete, an animal lover, proud mother of two beautiful girls and still considers herself lucky to be married to her best friend.

Marissa Prosansky
Attorney
Marissa was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2004 with a B.A. in psychology. She went on to obtain her J.D. from University of Illinois School of Law in 2007. Marissa joined The David Frank Law Group in early 2022. She has extensive experience representing clients in both residential and commercial real estate matters. In her free time, Marissa and her husband enjoy rooting on the Chicago Cubs, Blackhawks and Bears, fine dining, and seeing what new milestones their young children reach next.

Paralegal
Lindsay has been a Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Probate paralegal since 2017. She has Associates Degrees in both Business Management and Paralegal Studies, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. When she isn’t working, she is spending time with her husband Donald, her step-daughter Maria, and her son Charles. She loves to volunteer, and is currently First Vice President of the Lansing Lions Club in Lansing, Illinois, serves on the Advisory Council at St. Thomas More Catholic School in Munster, Indiana, and serves on the Paralegal Advisory Board at South Suburban College in South Holland, Illinois.

Lori Strang

Lori began her career as a Small Claims Court Clerk with the Circuit Court of Lake County, Illinois in the early 1990’s. Born and raised in Waukegan, Lori moved on to work in other areas of law including criminal defense, personal injury, family law, estate planning, and real estate, which has been her primary focus for the past 20 years. Lori has a vast knowledge and experience in residential real estate and she strives to make each transaction as simple and easy as possible for her clients, while taking the emotional aspects of buying and selling a home to heart. She is an animal lover who volunteers at various rescue organizations, an avid traveler, and a baseball mom who loves to root for her son, Jaxson.

Dana Abrams
Director of Marketing and Engagement
Dana has been helping to build brands for 20 years. The Miami native left the Florida warmth to attend Northwestern University for undergrad. After several years of working on some of the most iconic brands, she returned to her alma mater to earn her Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications. She is a travel baseball mom through and through and when not working, you can find her on the sidelines with her husband Greg, cheering on Evan and Josh.
